you have to change ur web-proxy setting and change the value with port 8080 and then Enable ur cache .
Dose this problim happend after or before WEB PROXY setting ?thank u very much for answer
and i want to ask u if u can help me in this prob.
yahoo messenger did not work in "no proxies" it just work in "firewall with no proxies"in this option the webcam and voice did not work ,if u can tell me how can i fix this problem in MT and thank u again for all.

You dont have to use this port which it related yahoo!after WEB PROXY setting and i use port 5500 & 5050 but its no result.
tell me if u have any idea about this problem .
