External ip in lan network redirect to the router

Hello,
I have something strange. I have dynamic dns from my provider. I`d made dstnat on pppoe connection on port 80 to 192.168.0.5 port 80. On my phone if i access my dynamic dns redirect me good, on the pc from local network give me router page. how can i fix that, to can access my website from local network on public ip.I put a screenshot from router nat table.

Or a simpler way, if your internal clients use the Mikrotik for DNS you could add a static entry for your dynamic DNS name to the internal IP. External clients will use the proper WAN IP and internal clients use the internal IP address.
