Hello all,

I have an issue using a r11e-lte ltAP mini which has a dual sim slot.

If I request the modem to change sim slot the interface vanishes and will not reappear till a cold reboot (physically disconnecting power from the ltAP) a software reboot does not recover the interface.

USB power reset does not work either (I have tried upto a 300s delay).

Has anyone got a solution to this?

It's like a hardware problem.

You can open box and re-install R11e card and re-install SIM card's.
