Hi,
I have setup PPTP Server on company MikroTik, from my windows laptop use different internet connection can access the PPTP Server and connected, i also can access server on LAN with no problem.
But the problem is internet access on my laptop can not access other than VPN area, so for example i can not open google, gmail, etc

I don't want using internet of that company, i just want can access internet using my own internet access and also at the same time can access VPN

Do you know how to make my laptop keep using my internet gateway?

There should be an option in Windows to specify a route using the PPTP tunnel, you should just need to set it for 10.10.10.0/24 through the VPN.
