I bought mikrotik cAp-ac last week and configured it as access point only. Today it stopped working and I am trying to figure out why.
When i want to connect to wifi it says no internet connection and assings me an ip 169.254.151.77
Even if I manually enter ip address, mask and gateway I still can't connect to the internet and can't find access point with scan.
Also on the other end lan scan does't find the access point.
I can't find a way to connect to the acces point web config to see what is wrong.

You cannot use webUI when you have IP-level problems. Connect ethernet cable between eth2 of cAP and your computer, download winbox.exe (and use wine if any other OS than windows) and on Discovery tab, connect to router using MAC-address.

There is no DHCP server running. So windows is assigning you an APIPA address in the 179.254.x.x range.
It sounds like the AP needs a reboot at the very least. Have you tried powering it down and turning it back on again?
