bgp monitoring on CCR1036-8G-2S+

Wed Sep 18, 2019 5:06 pm

Dear Forum:
We are trying to monitor bgp sessions but can not find usefull information about it.
Our bgp router is CCR1036-8G-2S+ running 6.44.5 (long-term)
It would be very useful for us if someone can provide your feedback on following items:
a)_Can we install bgp mib for snmp quering ?
.1.3.6.1.2.1.15 OID does not returns info.

b)_Can we create a rule so router automatically send a snmptrap when bgp session fails?
This would be preferred method.

Would you share you ideas about this?
Regards.

Currently, RouterOS doesn't have BGP info through SNMP. We are expecting anxiously for this feature.

By the way, if you are using Zabbix, you can find some ways to monitor you BGP sessions here:

Thank you!
