i want make game server in my network . my question is can i do that by or with MT and how? . if any ideas to help me please and thanks for all.

It's not really related to MT at all, unless you expect to be able to run a game server on a RouterOS system which is not going to happen. Get a separate server, Linux is usually preferred and run your game servers on that. There should be no issues hosting on either end of a wireless link either provided it isn't overloaded, I run servers all the time over an 802.11b link,
