i want to connect my RB3011UiAS-RM and an CRS24P-4S+RM over 1m SFP+ Cable S+DA0001
whats the right configuration and can i use 10Gb Speed ? the RB3011 dont Support 10Gb over SFP Modules but maybe over this Cable ?

Well, the 3011 has only a SFP slot, NOT SFP+ slot!
This means that whatever you plug in it (see compatible list of optics & cables for the 3011) you only ever will get 1Gbps link for Ethernet type of traffic!
SFP specifications are based on IEEE802.3 and SFF-8472. They are capable of supporting speeds up to 4.25 Gbps, so in theory a device with only a SPF "slot" could also support 4Gbits/sec FIBRE-CHANNEL protocol for example. (but this is not relevant for Mikrotik 3011 here)

The 3011 is a sweet router, but no need at all for any 10Gbit/sec interface as it can only switch 1Gbits internally...routing performance even less...

there are any benefits for me to use the S+DA0001? no or? maybe that i have one free port more on the switch thats not bad. is the response time or something better ?
i need to go in the next year to RB4011 or something faster... but jet my isp connection dont need more speed than the gbit....

No benefit except like you say 1 port extra to use. So you keep to have 2 x 5 actual switch-ports for devices and use the SFP as "Uplink" (1Gbps) to the CRS.

Ok, and i read lower Energie 1,5 to 5watt, amazing haha

The rb4011 will not support the S+DA0001 Cable ?

Sorry, my CRS328-24P-4S+ is arrived... is it right that i must turn off the auto Negotiation on RB3011 and CRS328 for link on ?

And why i cant update over the webgui with SwOS ? they say no internet connection but they have one over dhcp and become an ip.
