CSS326-24G-2S+ cannot upgrade from 2.8p to 2.10

I have two CSS326-24G-2S+, one of them has version 2.8p. And I can't upgrade it automatically either manually. I can see new version (2.10) features but when I try to upgrade nothing happens.
