How to log in to the console
My RB760 may be attacked by hackers. The L2TP account and password are not backed up. How can I export the configuration without logging into winbox? Or log in to the console.

If device has been compromised, they might have disabled these services, then the only way to recover device is by netinstall, but you will lose current config though.
