I have netinstall setup exactly as per instructions: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Netinstall

If I run wireshark on the interface conceded to the switch I get nothing.

This is the output on the console:

The switch never shows up in the netinstall window

Please help.

I'm afraid I'm in a similar (but probably worse) situation. Recently attempted a firmware upgrade on this switch from 6.41 to 6.46.2 (stable). After a very long time, it became apparent that things had gone awry.

Unfortunately, I can't run Netboot as all of my systems are Linux and running netboot under wine is very painful.
