i copy user-manager-2.9.43 with filezilla to mikrotik server
and reboot system
but can not install this package
-->log print whithout paging
show system error can not installe user-manager-2.9.43:user-manager-2.9.43 is not installed but is requierd.
please help.

no, i don't have way for your version,
you must upgrade version firsrt before continue with them, upgrade is free and much stable
here: http://www.mikrotik.com/download.html
and document on that page...
