Dear All,

I have an issue which I am facing is I dial-out from one mikrotik RB750 to another and both firewalls are at different locations
I have made one RB750 L2TP VPN server and the other RB750 is dial-out to the server and connection is established but the computers which are behind mikrotik L2TP vpn client can not access the resources/shares behind mikrotik L2TP vpn Server.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

could be a number of reasons, depending on your config but most commonly , if you can ping the VPN router but no the workstation on it's LAN side, that is because the remote client is unable to get ARPs from workstations. The solution is to set up proxy-arp on the local interface.
where bridge is the default bridge for LAN but adapt this depending on your LAN network.
