To delete an address list called my_addresses, do from the command line:

/ip firewall address-list remove [/ip firewall address-list find list=my_addresses

No, you can't. But if you add to address list by firewall rule, then you can specify timeout how long that entry will stay there.

Perhaps a feature request is in order? I was hoping that adding the IP address a second time with a timeout of 1ms would fix the problem.

Maybe you can give some real-life example when such feature is needed?
