I read on a different forum that RouterOS 7 beta finally supports the Sierra Wireless EM7565 CAT16 LTE modem.
Now I have several question about it:

1. LTE interface or PPP (=slow)?

2. Does it work with USB2/3 connectivity or is PCIe also supported in RouterOS7?

3. Does bridge mode (IP passthrough) work with the EM7565 (complicated due to the raw IP mode apparently)

4. Do you also support the EM7511? It's exactly the same card as the EM7565, it's just a specific version for the US (additional frequencies). I'm asking this because this card is 50% cheaper than the EM7565.

I still have the same questions about the EM7565 support but also for the Quectel EM20-G and Quectel EG12 present in the new "Mikrotik Chateau LTE12"

I added that question and your port to my Q&A and if some one with that modems ask my help I will try reach you answer.

with Telit LM940 in MBIM - the at-chat feature not work and you cannot speak with device :(
with Telit LM940 in ECM mode works good.
support give me info that ros7b6 will fix some stuff with routing to isp.. but I not know to what lte modules they are refer.

Just testing 7.1beta2 with a 5G modem (Sierra Wireless EM9190).
The modem is recognized and works well (MBIM mode) but the inability of sending AT commands is a show stopper here.
Any chance the at-chat command can be fixed to work with modems in MBIM mode? Shouldn't be too much of an effort, and would greatly improve LTE friendiness of RouterOS 7.

I have the 7690. The qcserial driver needs the USB IDs added. On 7.1beta5 I have not been able to get it to work at all in RouterOS. There is no device in /interfaces/lte. How did you achieve functioning MBIM?
