Hello i recently wanted to change a ubnt airrouter which was in a wifi client mode as bridge with a mikrotik with pppoe-client connected through it. so far so good until i decided to change it for a mikrotik. same configuration wifi station bridge with ether1 but pppoe stopped working. torcing the bridge shows pppoe requests from ether1 but no answer or forward to wlan.
what happens?

You should select station-bridge on the cpe and enable bridge mode on the ap if not enabled. If you want to use station mode you have to set an eoip tunnel from the cpe to the concentrator, leave wireless interface out of the bridge with client ip on wireless interface in order to establish the tunnel and and put the eoip interface in bridge with ethernet interface on the cpe. More efficient way is setting an mpls/vpls network.
