Ping Issue!

Hello,

I am using cloud CCR Router. My LAN gateway is 10.0.27.161 and my PC IP is 10.0.27.164. When i Ping my gateway from PC could not pinging. And when i Ping my PC from router PC start pinging the gateway. Every time i have to do this exercise for establishing the connection. Kindly help me to fix this issue.

For your PC the gateway should be the LAN IP of your router (or if the router interface where your PC is attached to has an own IP, then that IP).
For your router the gateway should be the IP of its uplink.

My default gateway is the Mikrotik router interface which 10.0.27.161

subnet masks probably dont match on the machines.

Check ARP table on Router and PC before and after ping issue. Check ping with all FW rules disabled (it is not a crazy danger for a minute or two)

there is no firewall rule. PC IP and MAC address is showing up in ARP table. But still have to ping it from Mikrotik router.

it's 255.255.255.224

Disable FW on PC
PC firewall is off. but still issuer persist.

Torch router interface, you should see incoming ICMP and outgoing too. Do you have only one ETH interface on PC? More than one IP on router?
