I faced to problem with Netinstall and Windows 10 Prof. I couldn't see any devices in netinstall.
My failed actions:
1. Disabled firewall
2. Enabled firewall and make "Allow all income traffic" rule (all ports, all programs... all all for all)
3. Disabled all properties TCP/IP settings (leave only ipv4 protocol)
4. etc...
5. used Windows 7 Prof on another pc (old installation).
6. run netinstall as administrator
7. disable UAC
...nothing helps me. I was nervous seriously...

I installed Wireshark and saw, that bootp packets coming from AP to my laptop... Hmmm... That means, that Windows do not allow pass bootp packets to my netinstall.
So I tried run "Network reset" and viola! My Netinstall working perfectly! So I cud repair all my cAP's AC by Netinstall!

P.S. UAC still disabled, and of course I run netinstall as Administrator...
