Hello!

Can you please tell me how can I get URL of file on disk to send it with /tool fetch?
I have something like that:
/tool fetch url="https://api.telegram.org/botXXXXXXXX:XX ... nt=[myfile]" keep-result=no;
And I have file on usb, and it path: ‘disk1/xxx/xxxx/jpg’.
So if I put some URL of image in google - it is working good, but I can`t send files from my disk.
