I thing it's problemm in firmware, not in my config (Firmware version is 6.45.8, routerboard the same version)

Maybe if reboot router problem will disapeared, but it's on production with more than 100 clients

What problems in config, you think, can make this error with dns?

No. I don't think I know everything. I already sent supout to MT. But If someone know how to resolve this problem why I can't ask for help

In terms of sensitive information
the export method above gets rid of most sensitive stuff off the top.
In addition ensure you remove any reference to your WANIP.
The only other delicate items may in your firewall address list??
