Hi,

I am using cloud service on my router to manage my router using the external IP address.
Since a week ago, I can't connect to my router using external IP.
This problem occurred automatically without any change in configurations.

I'm having similar issue and so far it looks like my ISP is doing NAT their end so my public ip is not equal to dhcp assigned ip.. check yours may be same.
