The rb911 coming working how Customer Antenna and working ok

When start the problem:
• When exist and power cut + come back the electricity + power cut + come back the electricity ( Two power cut and Two come back electricity)
o The rb911 start booting
 Stop booting
 Start booting
• Loop all the time

• How I fixed
o I use Netinstall and Formatting

• Why do you has on your website this URL: https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/RKB/Reboot+loop ¿ do you know that exist this problem and Why you not make something for correct it?
• If you observe on Youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AwGr4A-nwwA here you will be found an video where some people create for explain how repair this situacion

o My Question is:
 For what reason happen this by Software corrupt?
 Why do you not make something into your configuration for not happen

We have it 50 customer with this problem that live on remote location, where our company send the IT just for replace the Mikrotik Antenna, driving 90km, I consider that if you have it an solution like:
• Boot customizing for ISP:
o On boot Scan-list Rescue set
o On boot Wireless Security set
o On boot Frequency Mode (Supperchannel) Set
• PoE custom with Reset Button like Ubiquiti PoE with Reset Button
