Dynadish 5 can't do wireless link for 10KM

Fri Oct 23, 2020 7:08 pm

Hey there! I'm trying to make a wireless link between two points separed by 8KM (Google Maps) Y setup all Configuration AP station and on Client, but for some reason I can't reach from Client my AP connection

In both sites I have the same product Dynadish 5, and here configuration:

AP
Band: 5GHz-N/AC
Channel Width: 20/40/80MHz Ceee
Frequency: 5010
Wireless Protocol: nstream
Frequency Mode: superchannel
Make Sure all Chain active and enable nstream

Client (Same than AP)
Band: 5GHz-N/AC
Channel Width: 20/40/80MHz Ceee
Frequency: 5010
Wireless Protocol: nstream
Frequency Mode: superchannel
Make sure all chain active

If I place both antenna in low range (10mts, for example) I can connect with no problem. But when I place on their respective spot, I can't find it.
So, here the question: Is this antenna a good option for my requirements? Is configuration best? What am I doing wrong? Maybe it's because aligment but... I got a reference and both antenna are aim to same reference, I know it isn't the best, but I know than once I find the antenna I must move antennas to get the best result.

Well. Thanks! Regards

Try 802.11 protocol, 20MHz, higher frequency like 5.8GHz as in most cases lower 5GHz has low power restriction. Check distance setting in the Wireless settings.
