It would be very useful if you could provide a 'radius' option to the 'ppp active print' command, which would add a column for the RADIUS Acct-Session-Id for each PPP session, if available.
As I'm sure you know, some servers (like FreeRadius) provide the option to verify simultaneous use limits, and to compensate for lost Stop records. So during an access request, if RADIUS thinks a user already has their maximum sessions open, it will use 'checkrad' to talk to the NAS and find out if the existing sessions are actually active. But without that Acct-Session-Id info, 'checkrad' can't do its job properly, and can only 'police' a simultaneous use limit of 1.
The reason I suggest it as an option to 'print' is to avoid breaking peoples scripts that already pattern match on 'ppp active print without-paging'.
Even better would be if you could add an OID to provide this info in SNMP.
