I have been running a small wireless ISP using the Hotspot feature only with MT v2.8.28. I have built a new unit using v2.9.45 and would like to set it up where people that are regular customers can just log in with a particular IP and MAC address to be on all the time without having to open the browser but the Hotspot feature is still working.
Is this done with simple queues and the Hotspot feature? Is this possible?

i think, try to manage your user with usermanager.
usermanager is free application from mikrotik's product.
