Why are the verbs that are used within RouterOS not always identical with those used within Winbox?

Let me give you just one example:
Winbox:Tools -> Email
RouterOS:/ tool e-mail

For people coming from once side of the fence (RouterOS or WInbox) this makes it complicated although not necessary (if using the very same words).

Please, dear frontend developers of winbox: Take the very same words (and tzjheir respective writing) as used within RouterOS. Thanks in advance for your understanding in making winbox more intuitive for new users.
