Im trying MT only with my laptop for testing and configuration, I limit to 64k/256k by static IP and as soon as I open Ares the downloads go up to 100k(real download) even its limited.

I have a clarkconnect software as router in my other server, it has so many limitations but it works fine with the bandwidth limit, its set at 64k/256k and the downloads in any program(even ares) doesnt pass that limit, Im trying to figured this out to do the same with mikrotik but seems that we are all having the same problem and no one can fix it.
The same issue happend with pppoe connection limit.

Today is my second day as a Mikrotik used, hope anyone can help me so I can admin all my network with MT, thank you.
