If I add new (Hotspot) users from the admin login they work fine.
If I add new user from an other customer account than admin and trying to login the Hotspot I get an error User <> not found
If I change the owner of the user to admin this user can login.
The customer permissions are set to full and the parent: admin.
How do I solve this.
I don't want to have the full admin rights for the person who is adding users for the Hotspot

Did you manage to get the 'user <xxxx> not found' issue fixed? I have a similar problem across multiple Mikrotiks when registered via Paypal

I have seen workarounds of going back to earlier RouterOS versions but this is not really an option going forward
