Mon Jul 30, 2007 9:46 pm

Hi,

i move Dude from WindowsXP to Windows2003 Server (for support export). But no device label visible on map.
No fonts change help (in other place in this forum i read). On web interface-map no label too.
In properties of devices ar names OK.

So am I! There is no device label visible on map with dude client connect from windows 2003 to windows 2003 - only on the WEB interface.

And another problem.

We use Dude on Windows 2003 standard (SP1), run aa a service. But in the task manager there ara always two dude.exe from one or two days, when I restart the service, and also we use the web interface to monitor our devices and sometimes in the web interface map link didn't work. Click to the map choose what map I want and there is nothing. After I restart the service everything is back to normal...

Somewhere I read in posts try to restart in every day the dude server from schedule task (kill the running dude.exe and restart the servie) any other suggestion? I try dude 2,2 beta 4 and beta 6 same problem. And when restart the service the web interface always ask for the login credintials, the monitoring system "stops".

I try run dude on RB532, but I can connect to it with a client dude (remote) but the import configuration not working? Anybody else? Anybody use RB532 like dude server?

Thanks in advice.
