¿The guys of support portal its on holiday?
Sorry if write in general forum, but still waitting for 4 weeks for a response from mikrotik...
My ticket support is SUP-57970, and is about a CCR2004 with last rOS and routerboot version (the last message of mikrotik was these: upgrade to last version and if fail again, send us a suppout file) and it rebooted ramdomly again (three more time until i upgraded).
