I don't know if I should open an RMA for a hexlite RB750r2 that I'm having a problem with, the issue is that it has the 5th port led always lit and acting as if that it was on the same port I'm already using. I tried the following:

• Reset with the button
• Upgrading firmware from 6.46.6
• Netbooting to the current 6.49.1
• Connecting to different ports

As soon as the hexlite boots the 5th port goes up, and then the other port that's connected to my pc is also up.
I can connect with winbox via MAC but not with the IP address (I assume that's because there are two different MACs for the same IP and port)


Should I open an RMA for this router?
