how can i add script

hi all
im a new user with mikrotik
i just ask about a script and i dont know how to add the script
please help

You can add a nuw srcipt in system/script

and i know
but there was a problem with this script

i add the script and i named it speed
and add Scheduler and i wrote in Scheduler in on event speed
and i wrote instead of YOURSUBSCRIBERNAME the name of one of the users
and the script is not work
did i miss something
and what the right procedure to add my script please

Why didn't you post the reply on that topic where I gave you that script?
That way, I would be able to respond immediately on my work.

In the script that I wrote for you, there are two lines like this one:
/tool user-manager user set [/tool user-manager user find user=$i] rate-limit=40k/100k

Change the bold part to user=$user on both lines.
And see if that helps.

Also - YOURSUBSCRIBERNAME must not be replaced with one of the users' names.
It must be replaced with the name of a "Customer" from your user manager,
in other words, the Username that you use to log into the User Manager web interface.

Are you using User Manager, or are you entering your Users into PPP/Secrets?

This script is written for User Manager.
