Why use queues?

What are the pro's and cons of queues? Queueing I already learned causes latency and after changing the default queues my ping time has improved greatly. So what are the advantages of using queues? Especially since they are a default setting already in RouterOS.

What do you mean?
Use of queues is to provide traffic shaping, this is the only way to limit the bandwidth and provide Quality of Service...
I guess you don't have bandwidth problems :)

My pings fell all right after queued. I can do a perfect traffic shaping with them. So queues are your friends. Most of them. :D
