L2PT VPN with multiple users

I have not been able to find any instructions or videos that would allow me to create an L2PT VPN Server with multiple users having the ability to access it. Do I have to create multiple VPNs?

What exactly is the problem? If you are able to add one user, then just do exactly the same for second, third, ... as many as you want.
