Romon not working under ROS v7.1 long-term with switch mode

Romon not working under ROS v7.1 long-term with switch mode, tested on hap ac3 to rb2011 as trunk

Im using the latest test release and it still doesnt work. Something is broke in v7

I can confirm the romon issue.
After upgrading RB760iGS (hEX S), RBcAPGi-5acD2nD (cAP ac) and CRS309-1G-8S+ from 6.49.3 to to 7.1.3 RoMON is not working any longer.

Also see viewtopic.php?t=181472#p900955 which seems still being the current state.
