no you can not! you can do such smiliar thing by sending notice to there emails.

try send notice via your internal web server like notice.html using dst-nat. This is examlpe:
/ip firewall nat
add chain=dstnat src-address=users-IP protocol=tcp dst-port=80
action=dst-nat to-addresses=web-server-address to-ports=80 comment="Customers Name" disabled=no
