Mon Oct 15, 2007 7:32 am

how do you change the port that the email server uses?

since so many isps block port 25 i know you can do this on MT...just how?

this does NOT work:

/tool e-mail send to=blah@blah.com server="209.138.93.102:2525" from="jdfo@cdoxddf.net" subject="PUBLIC user login" body="your netwatch checked ip here"

DST-NAT is not applied to the packets, that are sent by the router itself.

Erm... Port 25 is the standard email port. There's no reason to change that... Instead MT RouterOS should support SMTPS for ISPs that block that port.

the reason is that you need it here and now, and you cannot wait until ROS would support smtps

Outbound block? Use the ISPs SMTP.

what if ISP does not have any, or its service is paid?
