I have a customer that needs to have up to 1.5Mbits of bandwidth at their disposal guaranteed. I would like to know how I can gurantee that this customer would have the 1.5MBit available to them when they need it, however, when they don't need it, it would be in the general pool of bandwidth?
How would I do this with MikroTik?
