Following https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Accounting there should be URL:
http://routerIP/accounting/ip.cgi

Unfortunately on my system, I was getting 404 (v6.47., even if accounting was enabled together with web-access and no filtering for access.
After checking MikroTik download pages, there was v7.2 to which I've upgraded.
To my surprise Accounting disappeared.

IP accounting was removed from v7 in favour of Traffic Flow feature. See this thread: viewtopic.php?t=177606
Whether that is a good thing or not is debatable. MT developers say IP accounting is limited and old technology. I agree its removal is inconvenient as many tools no longer work now with ROSv7...
Either way, developer of Mikro-Watch should try to adapt his project to handle this change accordingly or you'll just need to use v6.

Interestingly - Accounting on v6.47.8 is visible in config, but URL doesn't work anymore. This prompted me for upgrade to v7 where it is cleaned up completely.
It MikroTik, could come up with easier way to monitor MikroTik, would be great. SNMP unfortunately does not contain enough details and NetFlow is not easy to integrate with telegraf=> influxdb.
