I disabled some firewall rules and now cannot access the web interface of my router anymore. I am literally blocked out. SSH is not running. So how can I access the web interface or use Winbox to access my router without having to reset it?

Start WinBox, click on Neighbors tab and hopefully you'll see your router there and will be able to connect to its MAC address.

WinBox could work if connecting to MAC address, that's configured separately and not influenced by firewall rules. Also enabled by default, so if you didn't disable it, it's still there.

Personally, i always have a serial cable with me just in case...
