FTP Username and password

Can Someone help me to reset the FTP username and password on MTK???

I tried that but the username or password aren't the same one.
Any new idea?

they ARE the same!
check that your user have 'ftp' policy

My user have full control power over MT.

So, what can is it?

if you can access your router via winbox or telnet then you have access via ftp too. If not make sure you have ftp policy as it was mentioned before.

Please,

tell me how can I change or modify FTP policies, modiffying from user policies?

you can do it under /user group menu

Here is the picture of the user policies, and check if your ftp option is on or not.

BTW, your ftp service should be on also, you will find it in IP>services
