Does anyone has a script which can do FUP for pppoe clients in a way that if they exceed the daily quota assisgned to them then they will go to a lower bandwidth and on midnight it is reset?
There is no radius connected.

This is not a scripting answer but why not use radius? Most newer Mikrotiks will have enough resources to be able to handle a usermanager install ('lite' radius server, free and available from Mikrotiks download page.) and have everything done without relying on scripting
