in the RB5009 they are using a CRS317 fo link the 4 r b5009 I believe. But I'm thinking to use 4 porta on the ccr2004 that is already connected. Would it work enough fast?

It depends on your loading on the RB5009's. I was able to bridge (and route) up to 19Gbps full-duplex through that model of CCR2004 on RouterOS 7.4.1. (Tests on 7.6 and 7.7beta weren't as good.)
