I have a CCR2004-1G-12S-2XS and i need to add like 5 wifi access points and manage passwords from routerOS. Can i achieve this with any wireless access point? or do i have to buy a specific AP? or do i need a new router for this?

You can do this via RADIUS.
RouterOS has a specific version of it called "User Manager" --> https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/User+Manager
