In a setup made up of 2 Mktk routers through EoIP, if I try to use an FTP client in order to login to a Mktk ROS FTP server connected to one or another side of the tunnel (simple npk version upgrade reason), connection works but I cann't do any ftp command/operation ... I have also tried to play with passive/active modes without visible results.
Scenario is :

[Mktk AP 3.0betaRC6] <---> [ether1 - - 2.9.49ROS - - EoIP1] <=== EoIP tunnel ===> [EoIP2 - - 3.0betaRC13 -- ether1] <---> [my laptop]

Simply, I am able to FTP login to AP 3.0betaRC6 but cann't do anything more - ftp copy(send,put), list etc. . What is also important, if I disable EoIP and try to repeat operation through the simple routed network FTP communication works !

Personally, it looks as if EoIP tunnel somewhat "mangle" an ethernet frame or do a similar operation.

Every suggestion or help is usefull.
