Login Problems

Hi all, I'm Eng. Ahmed Bakhiet an Undergraduate Communication Engineer from Egypt, I have been installed Mikrotik 2.9.27 on my Server that controlls all my Wireless Network, all is fine, but the coustomers who login wireless to my network have many problems like they should login every 1 minute.
This problem let me to change my mikrotik to isa server
Please help me...

Hey my Friend,,,
i want to tell you that my version is good not expired but this logout is occuring with my wireless Coustomers as they logged on to my hotspot automatically

Please get yourself new version.

how many of them are having this problem or is it just one? If it's just one, then his signal might be the problem. but it is all your clients, then something is wrong with the config.

First, I want to tell you that this problem occured to all my Wireless Customers, So the wireless Signal is fine.
Second, I want to tell you that the PING is fine, but there is a message telling me that Reply from 192.168.1.1 Destination Network Un Reachable, Notice that 192.168.1.1 is my Mikrotik server's IP

Finally my Problem is Solved but with my wireless cards's customers but i noticed that the problem is still working with my semi-wireless users
semi-wireless users are my users who are under my wireless access point which attached to my wireless router
