Can't access external device on specific port

Hello everyone, will try to explain my problem as detailed as possible.
I have client with mikrotik router installed and have problem to connect from internal mikrotik network to camera who is located on the same ISP on different external ip and port.
But I have no problem to connect to this camera from internet in other places, only problem is to connect from inside mikrotik local network.
And in the same time I have no problems to connect from mikrotik internal network to AP of this camera who is located on 80 port.
I made simple diagram for this situation, please give some ideas what could be wrong.
