I seem to be getting an echo upon remote access to a serial port via telnet with either raw or RFC on CRS125-24G running v6.32.1

I built a roll over cable http://imgur.com/JZhB8f6 and plugged into console port http://imgur.com/JkaBkYn of the device I am trying to connect to.

Serial access works fine locally when I access the remote serial console via terminal in the rotuerboard with
But when I access it via telnet I seem to be getting an echo, even if I manually set echo off in the terminal.

I have tried the Apple, SecureCRT and PuTTY terminals but they all have the same issue. Video here https://youtu.be/FntCELwaDCg

Anyone have any ideas?
