Hi

I have setup a pptp secret on my mikrotik and can connect to it from outside (Internet) with no problem. However it seems that all internet traffic from my external laptop is working via my mikrotik (Via my Home DSL) at home and not via my default connection from my laptop. Any suggestions as to how I can reconfigure this will be appriciated.

hi,

It is most likely that your external laptop has the "default gateway" set to the PPTP connection, you can deselect this and your internet connection will come directly from your internet connection of your external laptop.
