Block Windows File sharing

Is there anyway we can prevent windows client to see each other computer?

if you want to stop netbios ... in explorer not to see ...
via firewall block port 135-137 udp and tcp ...
if you want to stop them even be able to ping ... you must must default-forward=no and write firewall rule where src and dst are ip range of that network ...
